These terms are designed to ensure transparency and set clear expectations for both parties, protecting your interests while providing a smooth service experience.
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will ship the available products to you immediately and contact you regarding your preference - either waiting for the backordered item to restock or opting for a refund for the unavailable product.

✅ Free Shipping: PCBuildz offers free shipping on all items, including in-store display products, across India. There are no hidden charges.
Delivery Terms

In-store Pickup: Items marked as "In-store" (BOPIS - Buy Online, Pick-up In Store) are available for same-day pickup during store hours.

On Display to Order: Items marked as "On Display to Order" are showcased at our retail store but are not immediately available for pickup or delivery. These items are specially procured after your order is confirmed. Estimated fulfillment and delivery time is 0 to 14 business days, subject to supplier availability. Customers will be informed if extra lead time is required.

Delivery Option: If you choose home delivery for an in-store item, the approximate delivery time is 0 to 5 business days from the date of order placement.

Transit Time: All standard shipments generally take 0 to 5 business days to reach their destination.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 8 PM IST (UTC+5:30) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

Address Modifications: Address modifications can be made at any time before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available products immediately and dispatch the remaining items once they are back in stock.
- Delivery Delays: PCBuildz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. We guarantee to hand over the package to the courier or postal service within 5 working days from the order date. If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment as provided by the courier service.
Damaged Parcels in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject the delivery from the courier, if possible, and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel is delivered without your presence, please get in touch with customer service for further assistance.
Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax: All product prices are inclusive of GST. The applicable tax is already included in the displayed price.
Insurance
- All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier service.

Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is damaged during transit, we will initiate a refund or replacement once the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
- Lost Parcels: If a parcel is lost during transit, we will process a refund or replacement after the courier has conducted their investigation and confirmed the parcel is lost.
