We invite you to check our refund and return policy if, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with a purchase.

Product Conditions for Returns / Exchange

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Any products purchased from PCBuildz are subject to the terms listed below:

Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or non-functional, you must contact us within 30 days to initiate a resolution through replacement or return. An uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim this.
Non-Defective Products: If you wish to return a non-defective product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original, sealed, and unused condition with all original accessories and packaging.
In exceptional cases, returns may be accepted with a 5% fee, in addition to double the shipping cost if the order is canceled after it has been shipped.
Note: The product must remain sealed.
Refunds for returns will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse. The refund will be credited to the original bank account within 5-7 days.
If the item for replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
All accessories, including the invoice, that were originally included with the product must also be returned with the item.
For claims regarding a faulty product upon delivery, we will arrange for the product to be collected for testing. If the product is found to be in working condition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges both to our location and back to the customer (double the shipping costs).
Once we've confirmed we've accepted your return, exchange, or replacement, the new or corrected item will be delivered within 5-7 days.
